This is the mod that I've always wanted to exist, but never came to be. So I went ahead and made it happen. I asked the amazing Daniel Hodge if they'd be willing to do a few lines and they agreed.

Compatibility
The main file is just new audio replacing the original.
The optional 'quieter waterfalls' replaces the waterfalls in the shrine with ones that grow quieter when Sheogorath is speaking, and edits the shrines script to enable and disable these quieter effects.
Credits
Daniel Hodge for reprising his role as Sheogorath, also heard in the Skyrim mods Identity Crisis and Skyrim Uncut - Saints and Seducers.
