How to start:

Then read the paper on the table next to the tutorial guard captain.

What it does:

This adds a topic "}toggle services".

Upon selecting, it will either turn the service topics on or off or enable "companion share".

"companion share" is only enabled until selecting it or saying goodbye to the NPC. Select "}toggle services"->"enable companion share" to enable companion share again.

The service topics added are:

Companion Share

Services not added:

If Barter was enabled, the merchant would have no gold and wouldn't be able to buy or sell things.

If Travel was enabled, there would be no destinations.

So hypothetically, if you calm a hostile spell caster, you would then be able to buy their spells off of them.

This is notable because NPC spell casters have spells that aren't normally sold.

Example: Galbedir has God's Spark, but won't sell it because she doesn't sell spells.

The reason that it was set up to only be conditionally active is because it makes the topic options look a little wonky and can get in the way if a person just clicks on topics for the sole purpose of adding them to the journal.
