Equip the key to talk to it from a range.
After getting the key, it can be ordered to follow or wait.
How to start:
Go to Vodunius Nuccius's House in Seyda Neen.
Known Limitation:
A Very Big One:
You can only use the ranged speech if the creature is loaded in memory.
This means you have to visit the creature once per load if you want to talk to it from afar.
Compatibility:
If Vodunius Nuccius's House is heavily modified, then you may not be able to find the creature.
