Made it so when in menus, dialogues, or anything else that would take you away from actual game play, all buttons are disabled until game play is resumed.

This mod will automatically select the correct tool for you when you are near enough to something that requires it to interact with it using a tool. For example, if you are near a tree and need or want to chop it down, it will auto-select the axe. Near an ore deposit and want to get something from it, it will auto-select the pickaxe. It is enabled by default. You can enable or disable it with f2 by default which can be rebound in the config.

Installation instructions

Just like any mod for the game, you will need BepInEx. you should use version 5. 4. 23. 5 for the best results. You can get it from

You'll need to extract the folders and files inside the zip to the route of your Moonlight Peaks folder. Then run the game once and close it to let it create the rest of the files it needs to successfully run the game with mods.

Main features

This mod can be configured in many different ways, you can enable or disable all tools, enable or disable each tool individually, enable or disable keeping the tool in your hand when inside a building, and more.

One thing to know, There are speak options which are enabled by default. I am blind and use a screen reader, so, I do need them enabled. If you don't want it to speak things as it switches from tool to tool, please disable these parts.
