MGSV Definitive Subsistence - IH Compatible (alpha)

In prep for 1 year anniversary of Definitive Subsistence, I've been doing my best to port it over to Infinite Heaven

  What is Definitive Subsistence?

  You have the option to go into every mission completely OSP. The entire sandbox of MGSV can be stolen from the enemy.

  To go in completely OSP, on the mission prep screen, simply deselect all weapons/items.

  OSP Guns. 

  Firearms can be found OSP from enemies.

  Every base gun in MGSV can now be found OSP due to new enemy weapons being added.

  The type of firearms enemies carry are not random, but are preset depending on faction.

  Over 47 new firearms have been added (details here).

  All soldiers have a primary weapon and a handgun.

  Holding up or Pulling a knife on an enemy will cause soldiers to immediately drop their handgun.

  Soldiers will drop tranquilizers as their handgun given the following:

  • []the soldier is from a guard post[/]

    []the guard post is in the stealth phase (not alert or combat)[/]

    []the guard post is captured[/]

  If a soldier has a silenced weapon, picking up that type of weapon will yield 1 suppressor per life (this is to prevent infinite suppressors by dropping/re-picking up the same weapon).

  Firearm variety/strength is dependant on the Revenge system.

  Dynamic Revenge

  The revenge system in MGSV is what determines enemy gear (weapons, headgear, protective gear).

  Instead of gear updating between missions, Dynamic Revenge allows for enemy gear to update between encounters.

  The rules of Dynamic Revenge are as follows:

  []All soldiers at the start of a mission begin at their lowest levels (Multi-Outpost missions = Level 0, Single-Outpost missions = AI Level 1/Combat Level 1/Random Headgear)[/]

  []Level 0 soldiers have the lowest level AI, no protective body gear, and no headgear.[/]

  []Possible headgear for soldiers include helmets, nvg, or gas masks.[/]

  []Headgear changes per encounter depending on whether the player favors headshots, attacking at night, or using smoke[/]

  []Level 0 soldiers have a 25% chance of having a random weapon (this excludes shields/missiles). Else they will have the normal Assault Rifle.[/]

  []AI Level 1 soldiers are smarter/faster than Level 0 soldiers. They also have a 50% chance of having a random weapon (this excludes missiles). Else they will have the normal Assault Rifle.[/]

  []AI Level 2 soldiers are smarter/faster than AI Level 1 soldiers. They have a 100% chance of having a random weapon.[/]
