The 1 issue is that Ocelot cannot wield the Tornado-6.
This mod essentially duplicates the Tornado-6 as a new weapon, allowing Ocelot to use it!
THIS DOES NOT ALLOW OCELOT TO DUAL WIELD (hoping to look into this in the future, but as of now, dual wield is not possible)
THIS CURRENTLY ONLY WORKS WITH THE STANDALONE VERSION OF FOBCharacterEnabler. It's untested with the IH version.
