Teachers stop at 100. They don't have to.

Late game you end up sitting on a pile of Learning Points with nothing to spend them on, because every teacher in the world politely tells you you've had enough. Strength, Dexterity, Max Mana — all walled at 100. This lifts that wall. Same teachers, same dialogue, same LP cost. They just keep going.

What it does

The teach option keeps appearing past 100 and the purchase goes through exactly like it always did. Your Learning Points are spent by the game, the points are granted by the game, and you get the normal popup.

To be clear about what it doesn't do: nothing is faked and nothing is free. The mod doesn't hand you attribute points, it doesn't skip the cost, and it doesn't touch teachers who were never going to train you in the first place. If a teacher has no Strength on offer, or you're out of LP, or the story hasn't unlocked them yet, none of that changes. All this removes is the 100 ceiling.

Features

• []Six teachers, by name. Diego, Thorus, Torrez, Carristo, Lares and Cronos. Every other teacher in the game — including Baal Cadar, Gornatoth, Lee and Cor Angar — is left completely untouched (vanilla behavior), until each one is individually confirmed to work correctly with the shift trick this mod relies on.[/]

  []Real purchases. The game does the buying. LP is spent normally, the reward is granted normally, and the stat screen, HUD and save file all agree afterwards.[/]

  []Per-attribute ceilings. Unlimited by default, or set your own — Strength 200, Dexterity 150, Mana 300, whatever suits your run. Hit your number and the option disappears again exactly like it does at 100 unmodded.[/]

  []Your mana pool is safe. Buying Max Mana never eats into the mana you're currently carrying, and the bar updates on the spot instead of waiting for a reload.[/]

  []Survives quickloads. Train, quickload, train again. It re-finds your character every time rather than holding onto a stale pointer.[/]

  []Live config if you have SharedModMenu. Without it everything still works, you just edit the .ini.[/]

How it works

Worth explaining, because "removes the cap" can mean a lot of things and most of them are worse than this.

The 100 check lives inside the game's own dialogue logic, somewhere a mod can't rewrite. So instead of fighting it, the mod steps around it. The moment you click a teach option your attribute is briefly lowered so the game's check passes, the game performs the real purchase, and the difference is added straight back. The whole thing takes a few milliseconds and happens entirely inside the click.

The upshot: the purchase is genuine. It's the game's own code spending your LP and granting your points, not the mod pretending. That's why the numbers stay consistent everywhere afterwards, and why nothing odd turns up in your save.

Ceilings

Set StrengthMax, DexterityMax and ManaMax to whatever you want. 0 means unlimited — train as far as your Learning Points allow.

Anything below 100 does nothing, since the game already stops you there on its own.

Useful if you want the cap gone but not gone gone. Setting Strength to 200 gives you somewhere past vanilla to aim at without the number quietly turning into a joke by chapter four.

Install

  []Launch once. It writes its own G1R_UncapTeach.ini, fully commented, so you don't have to create anything.[/]

  []Talk to a teacher. That's it — the defaults are unlimited training and there's nothing you need to configure.[/]
