Makes your rideable scavenger feel like it actually wants to move.

Overview

By default the rideable scavenger - the only mount in Gothic 1 Remake - moves frustratingly slow. This mod applies a configurable speed multiplier to it, making long rides across the colony actually bearable.

Requirements

Installation

• []Download and extract the archive.[/]

  []Copy the MountSpeed folder into your UE4SS mods directory:[/]

Gothic 1 Remake\G1R\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods

• []Launch the game. The mod loads automatically.[/]

No game files are modified. Uninstalling is as simple as deleting the folder.

Configuration

Open MountSpeed.ini next to the Scripts folder and edit the single line:

SpeedModifier=1. 3

• []1. 0 - vanilla speed[/]

  []1. 3 - default, noticeably faster, still feels natural[/]

  []2. 0 - double speed[/]

Save the file and restart the game. No other files need to be touched.

Compatibility

Should be compatible with any other mod. It only touches the rideable scavenger actor and nothing else.

Uninstall

Delete the MountSpeed folder from the Mods directory. No files are modified; nothing is left behind.
