Low quality blocky shadows on NPCs fix

Description

Mod fixes the completely ugly, low quality and blocky shadows that are casted on NPCs during indoor scenes, when the NPCs are lit by various light sources.

This issue is present even at PC max settings, and it was driving me crazy, so I found of the cvars responsible for this ugliness and fixed it.

So this mod is a small simple engine.ini tweak, which fixes this issue.

You can look at comparison screenshots to see for yourself, but the screenshots are just a small show off of the problem. Its like 100x worse in game in motion.

Installation instructions

1. Download the engine.ini file and place it into %LOCALAPPDATA%\G1R\Saved\Config\Windows

2. Set the engine.ini file as read only in the file properties, so it wont get ovewriten at the game start

If you already run some custon engine.ini setup, just add those two lines under :

r. Shadow. Virtual. SMRT. TexelDitherScaleDirectional=16

r. Shadow. Virtual. SMRT. TexelDitherScaleLocal=16

Requirements

I havent notice any FPS hit, I am running 4080super with 7800x3d though, so It may depend on your system. 

If you run into performance issues, you can try to lower the values of the variables either to 8 or 4, although with 4 the shadows are still pretty ugly and blocky, but its better then vanilla.
