Lightweight Mod Loader

Description

The loader can load any logic mods (packed into pak/ucas/utoc) made for this loader, UE4SS, BPML (BP Mod Loader and Console Enabler), or anything else, all you need to do is provide the soft path for the mod actor via configuration file.

The tool is made intentionally lightweight: no console enablers, no additional features, just a plain simple loader for blueprint mods.

You can use it together with UE4SS if you want to, it's compatible out of the box. You can mix UE4SS mods and loader mods.

Installation instructions

To install the loader copy the contents of the package into your "/Path/To/Gothic 1 Remake" folder: it's the main folder of the game which already has G1R and Engine folders inside. No worries, nothing will be overwritten.

"/Path/To/Gothic 1 Remake/G1R/Config/UserEngine.ini" is the main configuration file you will be adding mods to (and changing their configuration), you can open and edit it with the notepad. Remember to always close the game before editing this file.

For mod makers

The loader spawns mod actors provided via the SoftPaths array OnPawnControllerChanged event.
