Armorer - Equipment Transmog

Armorer lets a weapon or a shield wear the look of another one. Keep the Zodiac Spear's numbers and carry it as a Broadsword, or give a plain shield the face of the Ensanguined one.

Only the model changes. Every stat, licence and animation you had stays exactly where it was.

How It Works

Open the Equip screen and put the hand on the Weapon or Off-hand row. The row grows a hint next to the item's name with the button to press. Press it and a list opens beside the rows with every look the slot can take, the description panel below showing each one as you move the hand.

Pick one and the character carries it from then on. The list also offers Reset, which puts the item's own model back.

A look belongs to a weapon on a character

If you like the look of the Ragnarok but you are using the Tournesol, pick the Ragnarok as its look and Vaan swings a Ragnarok while the Tournesol is equipped. Swap to another weapon and it shows its own model; equip the Tournesol again and the Ragnarok look comes back. Each character keeps their own looks.

What the list offers

Configuration

Mod Config Menu Compatible.

Everything can be set in Mod Config > Armorer - Equipment Transmog.

• []Settings, looks on the Weapon row, looks on the Off-hand row, the same-class filter, the unused models, and whether the applied look is pictured in the description panel[/]

  []Reset Transmog, one button per party member to remove every look they wear, with a confirmation[/]

  Looks are saved with the game and persist between sessions.

  Installation Methods

  If you already have a mod manager, skip straight to the files section. Otherwise, there are a few ways to install it.

  Vortex Mod Manager

  If you don't have Vortex, download it from Nexus Mods.

  Option 1, One-Click Install

    Option 2, Manual Install

      []Drag and drop the file into Vortex or click "Install From File"[/]

      Compatibility

      The interface is currently only available in English, but other languages may be added in the future.

      This mod may not be fully compatible with all overhauls.
