Improved Bars and HUD



For someone I never reached, though we stood close enough to try

for the one I never told, even when words were almost there

quietly, between passing moments and rehearsed silences

you never knew, and maybe that was the only way it could stay

somewhere between us, still happening, never becoming real

A mod originally based on Improved Health Bars by Keretus (Health bar segmentation), created out of necessity since Keretus hasn't updated his mod in a long time. Now completely rewritten, and featuring  new stuff.

FEATURES

✅ Fully customizable. You can enable only the elements that interest you.

✅ Selective segmentation of health, hunger, and thirst bars at 20 percent intervals.

✅ Percentage indicators for health, hunger, and thirst.

✅ Percentage indicators for glow and feral meters for non-smoothskin characters.

✅ Character carry weight information.

✅ Display of any currency, with individual toggle control for each.

✅ Fusion core charge percentage and total number in the inventory.

✅ Displays the name and condition of the currently equipped weapon.

✅ Adjustable fade time for hunger and thirst bars.

✅ SPECIAL stats display.

✅ Clock with optional 24-hour format.

✅ Monitoring of up to five inventory items using regex rules.

✅ Compatible with HUDEditor.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

MANUAL INSTALLATION:

1. Move ImprovedHBS21.ba2 along with configurations folder into your Fallout76\Data directory (Default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout76\Data)

The file structure should look like this:

Data\ImprovedHBS21.ba2

Data\hudmodloader.ini

Data\configuration\hudimprovedbars.json

2. Navigate to your Fallout 76 settings folder in "My Games" (default: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76) and append this to your Fallout76Custom.ini, right before HUDModLoader, separated by a comma, like so:

sResourceArchive2List = , ImprovedHBS21.ba2, HUDModLoader.ba2

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

COMPATIBILITY

Currently not compatible with Show Health, old Improved Health Bar, and other health mods. Other than that is subject to proper load order.  If you attempt to load two incompatible mods, only the mod listed last in your Fallout76Custom.ini list will be loaded.
