IconSortingTags Updated

The IconSortingTags mod by mcguffin is indispensable for me. Since there haven’t been any updates since 2023, I took the initiative to add the missing icons and fix as many bugs as I could (e.g. Legendary mods with "L" at the end). This is an update to the IconSortingTags mod by mcguffin (header rules file and font).

It works with all languages ​​that the original mod supports (EN, DE, ES, ESMX, FR, IT, PL, PTBR, RU) and (JA, KO, ZH). Thx xDAREPANDAx for testing in a Japanese environment. The Cyrillized Font Library fix (RU) is ​also updated and available as an optional download. Thanks to BiggerDigger and Carroty92 (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/362).

Blueprint stars are determined by drop chances, availability (e.g., seasonal events), player popularity (e.g., new or buff-camp items), and a bit of my own assessment (Sources: The Plan Collectors, https://nukaknights.com/, https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_Wiki). Corrections may still be needed.

+Icons for 2- to 3-star mod effects have been restored and added new icons for the new mods (Burning Springs).

+New Icons for 4-star mod effects added and all other missing icons of newly added items.

+Added icons for camp items and many other icon additions, such as icons on the mod descriptions.

+All 480 Correct Pioneer Scout Exam answers added -> Fully functional only in the German and English versions of Fallout 76.

+Many bugs in the icon assignment rules have been fixed.
