Welcome to Ultra Low Fallout 4 INI Configuration mod. This mod is meant for those really low end PC's or laptops that need a big FPS boost. This will degrade the graphical fidelity quite a bit. Be sure to change settings like resolution to your liking. The default one is set to 640x480.
FOR PEOPLE WITH SHADOW PROBLEMS (FLICKERING, ETC.) GO TO FALLOUT4PREFS. INI AND CHANGE "ISHADOWMAPRESOLUTION" TO 128, 512 OR HIGHER IF YOU CAN HANDLE IT.

DON'T LET TOP OVERWRITE WASTELAND 512 SINCE TOP ACTUALLY HAS HIGHER RESOLUTION TEXTURES, SO LESS PERFORMANCE. HOWEVER, IT OPTIMIZES THE TEXTURES THAT 512 DOES NOT. JUST DON'T LET TOP OVERWRITE 512 FILES.
