To create this ini I have studied a lot of tweaks, others ini, tweaks guides of FO4 and Skyrim. Attention: with this ini quality goes to zero and performance goes to 100, so it affects the immersion.
There is no miracle. Fps in cities will continue low. Go in these areas by day, using the mod lights remover and changing the weather to clear.
If sound and gameplay get changed you have to use Fallout 4 Configuration Tool by bilago to restore your audio and gameplay settings. Follow this steps: 1 restore your ini 2 open configuration tool and print or copy your audio and gameplay settings. 3 replace your ini by the mine. 4 open Bilago's app and apply your configurations. 5 verify and give me the feedback, with printscreen or fps if posible.
Hint: Do not accumulate pre-money, above 1. 000, it may causes lag for craft items and launch the game.
