Introduction:
Set how many Perk Points the Player gets on a Level Up.
PerkPointsPerLevel remade for the Next-Gen and Anniversary Editions.
Configuration:
You can edit the "pppl.ini" file in Data->F4SE->Plugins.
by default, it is set to give 2 Perk Points Per Level.
2 = 2 ; 2 Points per Level from Level 2-19.
20 = 2. 25 ; 2. 25 Points per Level from Level 20-29.
30 = 4 ; 4 Points per Level from Level 30-94.
95 = 0 ; 0 for Level 95+.
