High FPS Physics Fix

[]Untie the game speed from the framerate, allowing you to play at any FPS values at normal speed.[/]

Customize mod by editing the HighFPSPhysicsFix.ini file, which is located in game folder Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins or in mod folder: true - enabled, false - disabled. Also you can create your own settings file 'HighFPSPhysicsFix_custom.ini' and enter only the settings you changed.
