Adds 1 hospital and 1 bed. See additional Add-On Pack requirement below.
Note that the new file has the same name so you can easily update your load order.The outpost plan has these hard requirements:

A ROOM WITH A VIEW
This is BOTH a City Plan and Outpost plan for Abernathy Farm.
These plans are BOTH one-level plans and build at level 3 if you ensure Designer’s Choice and Starting Plot Levels are ON
- Build the City Planner’s desk and choose the Abernathy Farm Plan. -
- When you reach Chapter 3 and are ready to use Abernathy Outpost,
build the war desk, then choose the Outpost plan at the city planner's desk. -
TIP: The training plot changes from perception to agility with the Outpost plan so you can upgrade both 2x2 to Advanced versions of
the D-D-D-Decade plots when you are ready. Enjoy!
There is a wonderful view from the player apartment.
The plans vary only in bedrooms and a few other plots - see images.
