Leaders and Legends of the new Commonwealth

LEADERS

The settlers of the Commonwealth don't always need one of your hired goons or misfit friends to lead them; now they are capable of governing themselves!  This mod includes Leader Cards with Major & Minor Traits, as well as Weaknesses, for 12 22 vanilla unique settlers across the commonwealth, and that number will be increasing often until I am satisfied with the Commonwealth's ability to successfully govern themselves.

The traits that have been assigned to each unique settler are based on my interpretation of their lore as well as they way they interact with both the Sole Survivor and their fellow settlers, with some gaps filled in with personal taste.

As my work on this mod progresses, I will be adding not only more vanilla unique settlers to the list, but also additional NPCs not normally available for recruitment and, eventually, custom recruitable settlers, all with full Leader Cards.  This is a work in progress.
