I made this in Fo4edit (1. 2), and it allows you to have children be mortal like any other generic adult npc in the game. There are a couple essential children, i only tracked down 3 so far, if you see any more post there names in the comment box thingy.
Installation instructions:
You can either install this with Nexus Mod Manager or the one i like to use Fallout 4 Mod Manager. orrrrrrrrrrrrr manual. Place esp in data folder and edit Plugin.txt put Killable Children.esp on the list and saved it as read only. Plugin.txt should be in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Fallout4

After you put the esp name in the plugin.txt remember to right click it and set it to read only.
