Updates Gunner Outfit Pack - NPC Leveled List Integration to incorporate all 4.x items of Gunner Outfit Pack. Creodron's Military Ranks, new NPC, Gunner Power Armor Sets, plus the functions and structure of NPC LL Integration have been preserved. Complex Sorter . ini included for those who use it and want the PA tagged as Gunner PA.

2 new headsets placed on "Hats" LL and can spawn in place of a hat.
2 new goggles were incorporated into the "Hats" LL with a 25% chance to spawn with a hat.
Most NPC now have a 15% chance to spawn Backpacks.
A few classes of NPC given a specific backpack and have a 50% chance to spawn with them.

Installation
Does not require a new game to install but already spawned Gunners and Gunner gear will differ for a few in-game days.
Load below Raider Overhaul to spawn Tessa and Clint in Gunner Power armor.
