Fixes broken precombines, retains the shop, fixes nudes by removing head-wear items from conflicting outfit leveled lists, removes all manual leveled list and injects items into leveled lists to remove conflicts.

Turrets retained.

Required:  Leveled Item Framework (LIF)

LIF is required to automatically fix the following Level Lists to the correct LVLF flag of

"Calculate from all levels <= player's level":

- LL_Clothes_Resident

- LL_Clothing_Settler_Underwear

- LL_Armor_Wastelander

Installation

  Edits and Fixes:

  - Deleted every worldspace record which broke precombines and removed FormList entries.

  - Cloned and raised the storefront patio to hide most of the trash.  Moved furniture as necessary.

  - Removed edited Vanilla Leveled Lists which caused conflicts.

  - All previous manually added items are now added by Leveled List Injection.

  - Split 4 accessories from outfit lists as they would cause nude NPC.  They are now injected to Vendors:

  • []Mercenary Gloves

    []Basic Scarf

    []Bandana

    []Muffler

  - Items removed from clothing lists and kept on hat lists to prevent nudes:
  • []Army Helmet with Goggles

    []Pilot Goggles

    []Pilot Goggles

    []Welding Goggles

  - Removed a weapon and added the correct flag to ELI_LL_Clothing_Railroad.  Now a railroad agent can't receive 3

  outfits and a 10mm.

  NOTE:  Railroad or Institute overhauls which change Courser or Railroad outfits, should load

  after this mod.
