The Minutemen are supposed to be the best alternative for rebuilding the Commonwealth because :

More settlements = More resources = Better materials = Better fire power and a larger presence in all the Commonwealth.

But currently this is not the case and this mod attempts to fix this problem.

Main Minutemen quests

- Preston will not ask you to retake the Castle before you reached the player level 20. Once you have reached level 20, finish a Minutemen radiant quest by talking to Preston and the retake the Castle quest should appear.

- A cool down of 24 hours has been added to the Preston dialogue: "Do you think we're ready to retake the Castle?". So, players will always have the opportunity to talk, dismiss, hire, exchange with Preston or finish an ongoing radiant quests or start a new one.

Radiant Minutemen quests

- The % chance of a Minuteman radiant quest start has been reduced

- The maximum of simultaneous quests Preston will give you has been reduced to 1 instead of 3

- A cool down period for each Minuteman radiant quests has been added (96h in-game instead of 0) for prevent the exact same quest to restart as soon as it's over and force the game to diversify the quests it gives you.

Flaregun quest

- Flaregun range has been increased.

- Minutemen called by flaregun will now follow you for a while than go back to their duties.

- They will follow you inside building and in fast travel.

- The only exception is if the squad leader die, in that case, they will act as vanilla.

Random Minutemen Patrols quest

- The chance to see a Minutemen patrol around your settlements has been greatly increased.

Faction progression

- Minutemen levels are now proportionate to player level.

- After a while, you will see Veteran and power armored Minutemen appear within the ranks.

- Every Minutemen will still have a lesser level than you.
