📋 About This Mod

This pack of scope reticles/reticules contains the following: CPC Crosshair DMS Duplex GAP German #1 German #4 J8 M2 Mil-Dot Mil-Dot 2 (Alternate) NP-R1 NP-R2 PSO-1 TA01 TMR Varmint You may remember the really old (my second mod, almost a year ago) version of this, which had illuminated reticles. I\'m not going to do that yet, although I will when I have more time to go through them all. If there\'s a reticle you like that I don\'t have here, it won\'t hurt to ask. =============== Use: =============== Use this pack in one of two ways: 1. Copy and rename one of these files to Scope01.nif to replace all default crosshairs. 2. Use the files as a resource for weapon scopes in GECK. Do not rename the files, and credit me if you release a mod using any of them.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Community-approved (547 endorsements) and a solid download count (11,540) show it's a trusted pick.
  • Real-world crosshairs add a touch of authenticity for immersion-focused players.
  • Lightweight UI mod—no performance hit or complex setup.

⚠️ Cons

  • Last updated in 2009—likely outdated and may not work with current game versions.
  • Only includes crosshairs for scopes; no other UI tweaks.
🎯 Is This For You?
For players who want a more realistic aiming experience and don't mind a mod that's been around since 2009. If you're running an older version of the game or a modded setup that's compatible, this is a quick visual upgrade. Skip if you're on the latest version—compatibility is a gamble.

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Check if your game version is compatible with mods from 2009—older mods often break with updates.
  • If you use a mod manager, install manually by dropping files into the correct folder to avoid conflicts.
  • Test in a single-player game or a safe area to see if the crosshairs appear correctly.
