Open FALLOUT. INI (default ...\\My Documents\\My Games\\Fallout3\\FALLOUT. INI) with any text editor and change the value of bInvalidateOlderFiles from 0 to 1 (i.e., bInvalidateOlderFiles=1). Additional Notes If you wish to revert to the original black texture without uninstalling the mod, open ...\\Menus\\dialog\\dialog_menu MTUI\\dialog_menu.xml with a text editor and replace MTUI\\background.dds with Interface\\Shared\\Background\\solid_black.dds If you wish to remove dialog menu backgrounds altogether, use the optional transparent texture instead: MTUI\\empty.dds
