📋 About This Mod
Thank You for the File of the Month November 2017
DESCRIPTION
This mod adds feral ghoul children to the game, which would be pretty logical and lore-friendly in a post-apocalyptic world where every one is exposed to radiation (including children). This feral ghoul kids has been added to the leveled lists of feral ghouls, except for the feral at Tenpenny Tower attack and Presidential metro. Their size and head size has been modified to match the measures of a child. I also added a baseball cap to some of them and modified the textures of their teared clothes to make their look more childish.
Dont feel sorrow for them. Killing them is like making them a favor.
The photo at Springvale is just for the comparison. There are not feral ghouls at Springvale :)
They are children but they are not essential, so dont worry.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 583 endorsements and 91k downloads
- Fills a lore gap—children would be ghouls too
- Simple concept, likely easy to install
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2018—may have compatibility issues with current game patches
- Potential performance impact from new NPCs, though unconfirmed
For Fallout 4 players who want a more realistic and grim wasteland, especially those who enjoy lore-friendly creature mods. If you're a completionist looking to expand enemy variety, this is a must-have. Skip if you prefer to keep children out of combat scenarios.
