Crimson/Cerulean Amber Medallion(s) will give you passive HP/FP regeneration.

For HP regen:

Crimson Amber Medallion : +5HP/s

Crimson Amber Medallion +1 : +10HP/s

Crimson Amber Medallion +2 : +15HP/s

Crimson Amber Medallion +3 : +20HP/s

For FP regen :

Cerulean Amber Medallion : +1FP/s

Cerulean Amber Medallion +1 : +2FP/s

Cerulean Amber Medallion +2 : +3FP/s

Cerulean Amber Medallion +3 : +4FP/s

Installation (Method 1 - ModEngine2):

- Download ModEngine2 and follow their easy configuration guide

- Place regulation.bin file inside "ModEngine2/mod" folder

- Launch "launchmod_eldenring.bat" to play (steam must be running)

Installation (Method 2 - Edit game files):

- Open folder Elden Ring\Game (usually at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game)

- Backup the original regulation.bin file

- Replace the original regulation.bin by the modded one

- Play offline

How to edit values to your preferences (optional):

- Download the latest release of Smithbox

- Download my project files (FILES -> OPTIONAL FILES -> HP FP Regen Smithbox Project)

- Open Smithbox and load project.json (File -> Open Project)

- Go into the "Param Editor" tab

- On the left panel (Params) you'll see the list of params with SpEffectParam & EquipParamAccessory pinned on top, click on SpEffectParam

- In the middle panel (Rows) you'll see a bunch of rows, to see which one I have edited, type "modified" in the search bar, green rows should appear.

- Click on the rows you want to edit and modify the values in the right panel (Fields)

- When you're happy with your changes, go to File -> Save All Modified Params

- When saved, close/reduce Smithbox, go into the project folder and find your fresh new regulation.bin file
