📋 About This Mod
Spin, Spin, Pirouette, Pirouette, Spin, Throwing Knife, Grappling Hook?
Those ballet classes paid off.. Graceful, fancy and flashy with a few tricks up their sleeves.
Quick hits and nimble movement make this vocation perfect for applying elemental status or for weapons that grant increased damage on consecutive hits.
Fluffy Mod Manager (Recommended)
Install SkillMaker and all its dependencies
Drag and drop BladeDancer.zip into Fluffy Mod Manager
Select the Blade Dancer Skillset in SkillMaker, checkbox 'Clear Skills on Load' and 'Load with Controls'
SkillMaker Settings:
A minimum of 35 51 'Max Skills' required, make sure to load controls with the skillset and set the first modifier to RT. (Or if you use base game mappings RB)
!!Animation Fix!!
Most skills in this vocation use custom motions on-top of base game animations and won't work until the original animation is played.
Skill 51 (BladeDancer\FixTest) will play each animation and should solve the animation issues but will need to be used on every character reload (death/game reload) so it is advised to have it on an input that can be used semi frequently without affecting normal gameplay.
Enemy Skills (For Twin Dance)
You'll need to setup the enemy skills for 'Twin Dance' to work properly. I've tried to save the overall enemy skillset to load automatically but I think it's bugged as saving any Skillset doesn't seem to work. So you'll have to do it manually.
To do this you need to:
Go into Enemy Skills
Find 'Lost Mercenary' and 'Rogue' inside the Bandits enemy folder
Load 'Blade Dancer' Skillset within both of them.
There should be 4 total skills (V1. 2) 6 total skills on Lost Mercenary and 2 skills (V1. 2) 5 total skills on Rogue.
I switched Grab to RT and Switch Weapon Skill to LT because I personally dislike using the bumpers.
If you want to use base game mappings you can, but make sure the Modifier/Inhibit is set to RB and that "BladeDancer\ThrowStance" is also set to RB.
Recommended/Required Mods:
Custom Difficulty Tweaks: Enemies die too quickly without adjusting health/damage taken
Lock-On Combat with Dodge: Many useful tools, but specifically changing camera distance and freeing up a button (Right Joystick Click) by disab
