📋 About This Mod

Force NPCs to teleport to you whenever they stray too far. Includes hotkey support for summoning on demand. If you're extra worried about them, you can keep them on an extra tight leash by lowering the teleport distance!

I'm not sure if this will break any quests where an NPC is not supposed to move with you. I've handled the one quest with Doireann, not sure if there's any others, let me know if you find any issues with it. There's a non-zero chance that an NPC could teleport out of bounds but I think it's reasonably safe. There's an ingame option to use a safer method for positioning in case there's issues.

An open issue is that if you're going way too fast (flying) without giving the NPC the ability to teleport and they despawn, they will still stay despawned until you go back to where they were last. Use something like NPC finder to reach them if they're gone. Capcom positioning logic is too spaghetti for me to find where to force change their despawned position.

Installation

Enable with Fluffy mod manager or manually paste the lua files into GAME_DIR/reframework/autorun.

Configuration

Teleport distance and when to teleport can be configured ingame via the REFramework UI. See image for config examples. Tooltips are placed where it makes sense.
