New Skillset and Enemy - Lightning Dragon

This is a skillmaker mod which adds new lightning based skills alongside a rare drake type that should prove a challenging fight for even the most hardened parties. A skillset I made for my character Vetra, who was originally my BG3 half dragon. While I couldn't make a convincing dragon transformation, the pursuit of making a skillset that matched the energy is what sent me down making skill sets for my party. The lightning nodes combo quite well off each other, with subsequent attacks making the damage scale up rapidly, and getting all the more brutal in the rain.

[]Lightning Dragon's Breath - An arcing breath attack that launches nearby enemies and works quite well for clearing a flock of harpies.

[]Lightning Dragon's Phase - Teleport forward and create a lightning chain point at start and end, links with other uses so you can create elaborate lightning webs. Also saves you from a fall.

[]Fist of the Lightning Dragon - Quick consecutive punches that launch smaller opponents and do increasing damage on large opponents.

[]Electric Repulse - A quick electric pulse that can be used when downed to repel enemies or kill fodder enemies trying to interrupt aura farming.

[]Flight of the Lightning Dragon - Creates wings made of lightning and does a big loop to stop at a levitation a little ways above the ground, giving opportunity to attack at a variety of heights. The wings interact with the lightning phases and can be used to amplify their damage. Will be needed to be used during speed of lightning flight to prevent reset.

[]Electric Pounce - A fast, quick and far range jump attack that is hard to land but has high damage potential, one shotting bosses who get hit in a weak point.

[]Lightning Dragon's Armor - Creates lightning chain nodes on the user, damaging opponents touching them and linking the user with phase nodes for amped damage.

[]Blood of the Lightning Dragon - Launches enemies in close proximity and provides a restorative and curative aura.

[]Coil of the Lightning Dragon - An upper cut that calls down a bolt of lightning and gives the user a short lived lightning aura.

[]Speed of Lightning - High speed travel move that can be used to travel great distances through the sky in short time or close the gap on the enemy immediately.

[]Fang of the Lighting Dragon - A lunging punch that stuns enemies hit, good for an immediate follow up.

[]Claw of the Lightning Dragon - A electrified stomp that causes a cascade of lighting orbs in front of the user, devastating on downed bosses or useful in briefly creating a safe area from melee opponents.

[]Lightning Dragon's Soul - Project your dragon soul, and unleash soul fire upon fleeing enemies as you advance. Normally forced to walk, but using a staff stops the animations and allows for running.

[]Dragon Star - Launch a ball of lightning into the air along with any enemies in front of you
