DamageRecount

Description

Records damage done by you and your party as DPS, Total Damage and Damage Done in past 3 minutes.

For anyone who has ever played WoW and used or seen the recount mod/addon, this mod is basically that.

How to read the recount

DPS (You):   443 (8510)

DPS (Pawn):  241 (395)

The 1st number is the most recent dps done 443, and the number next to it in parenthesis is the peak dps that has yet to be topped for that session, meaning You (The Player's) dps peaked at 8510 during the previous fight.

Total Dmg (You):   650804 (50142)

Total Dmg (Pawn):  323697 (14918)

The 1st number, 650804 represents the total damage for not just the last fight, but for the entire game session. Click the reset button before a fight if you want a clean record of the new fight.

The 2nd number in parenthesis, 50142 represents the most recent damage hit. So each individual hit of damage you deal is recorded there and the number is replaced on each subsequent hit.

This is useful if you want to see exactly how much you are hitting for each time you hit something. Otherwise you can click

"Show BattleLogOnScreen"

(So in the example, I hit something for 50k on just one sword swing (probably from the last swing of Cloudward Slash or Riotous Fury)

Dmg 3min (You):   100285

Dmg 3min (Pawn):  14918

Same as Total Dmg but shows only the past 3 minutes, the top damage dealer of the most recent fight or at the end of a long fight. Useful to see who shined towards the end of a long fight. It deteriorates automatically after each 3min mark.

Controls

Press Spacebar to display/hide recount on/off the screen

(damage is recorded in the background while hidden off screen, and all data is shown when un-hidden)

In the REFramework UI menu, click "Reset ALL Records" to start a fresh new recording session for DPS, Total Dmg, & Dmg 3min (can not be undone, so take a screenshot or something beforehand if you need to)

DPS, Total Dmg, and Dmg 3min, can also be reset individually 

by clicking the "Record" button of the corresponding name's checkbox.

(For Example: Click "Record Live DPS" to end current DPS session, and click one more time to start new DPS session)

Click "Enable Damage Tracking" to pause/resume all recording.

Installation instructions

Put the .lua in your folder path: reframework/autorun
