No Glow and Shimmer Effects for Healing Potions

Each time you use Quick Healing Potion it causes a greenish glowing effect around the character.

Each time you use Regeneration Potion it causes an additional flickering effect repeating throughout the entire duration of that potion.

And I don't like either of them. To be honest, too much unnecessary glowing stuff in this game, in my opinion.

It's slightly annoying and distracting, especially if you trying to talk to NPC while under the influence of Regeneration Potion and have to look at that stupid green blinking highlight of your character. Or while exploring, hoping that this damn flickering will stop right now.

Moreover, I think this visual effect is completely useless also because of the buff icon that appears above the Quick Bar and shows the duration of this potion (check out the Images tab).

So I decided to get rid of all this stuff, but the choice is yours.
