Changes most quest banners 2x upscale.
Changes most quest banners with my own graphic changes then 2x upscale then more tweaking.
The ones that I did not touch would not benefit from up-scaling
Does not have my Dagna mod.
Cleans up a good amount of artifact compression.
Tweaks the many images contrast so it is not so dull and flat looking.
Adds in more needed detail.
Clarifies the lower res images.
All the while keeping a similar feel of the game.
