NOW FROSTY COMPATIBLE
I wanted it to be night in Skyhold, so this mod happened.
While working on this mod, I ran into an issue with infinite loading screens happening after certain cutscenes played in Skyhold. The problem cutscenes were ones that already took place at night (e.g. Wicked Grace scene). As part of a work-around, I had to modify the file controlling the appearance of the blizzard during In Your Heart Shall Burn, so the blizzard will appear darker than normal with this mod installed.
Since Skyhold was only intended to be explored during the daytime, there are a couple of areas (i.e. the garden, some windows) that still have "spotlights" at night.
