hud_skipCinematic_holdTimeOverride 1
^This command will turn hold to skip into a press
hud_skipCinematic_hideDelay 100
^This command will ensure that if the cinematic is shown it will be hidden immediately, for small occurrences where it is still shown.
Default value is 3000, too low and hold to skip stops working entirely.
