Improved Volcano for D2RMM

The vanillla implementation of the Volcano skill is not in a bad spot compared to others but I feel it still could use some tweaks to make it more interesting for a Fire Druid. D2 has random skill elements everywhere and Volcano is no exception. This mod tweaks some values of Volcano to make it also less random.

Changes

• []radius of the debris flying is reduced by 33 %

  []frequency of the debris is doubled

  []damage is reduced by 50%

  []duration is increased from 6 to 8 seconds

• mana cost at base level is 25 and +1 per level

  Those changes make Volcano a more focused damage dealer instead of a huge spread of stuff flying everywhere. Its now also possible to have 2 Volcanos up at the same time constantly.
