📋 About This Mod
Based on the excellent stackit mod, this D2RMM mod allows runes to stack.
I've also created new sprites for the runes (both stackable and non-stackable) based loosely on Better Rune Visibility and Better Better Rune Visibility. These are optional and can be enabled or disabled in the mod's settings.

Limitations
- []Stacks cannot be combined in the shared stash. This is a Diablo 2 issue and needs to be fixed by Blizzard (can be reproduced with Tomes, Quivers, etc...)
[]Selling a stack to a vendor sets its quantity to the maximum value. This is a Diablo 2 issue and needs to be fixed by Blizzard (can be reproduced with Tomes, Quivers, etc...)
- []If you are creating a new character, it is highly recommended that you use a mod that provides the Horadric Cube in Act 1 (for example, Horadric Cube in Act 1.)
- Consider using Stackit for D2RMM instead if you prefer a more curated experience.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge download count (96k) shows this is a go-to for rune management.
- Endorsement ratio is solid—1,733 people vouched for it.
- Simple concept, no bloat: just stack runes and get back to farming.
⚠️ Cons
- Requires D2RMM, so if you're not using that mod manager, you'll need to set it up first.
- Only affects runes—other stackable items like gems or charms are left untouched.
- Potential conflicts with other inventory overhaul mods that alter rune behavior.
For Diablo II: Resurrected players who hoard runes and hate juggling inventory space. If you use D2RMM and want a clean QoL upgrade, this is a no-brainer. Skip if you prefer vanilla inventory management or don't use mod managers.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure D2RMM is installed and set up before adding this mod—it won't work standalone.
- After installing, check that runes stack in your inventory; if not, verify the mod is enabled in D2RMM's mod list.
- If you're using other inventory mods, load this one last to avoid conflicts.
