📋 About This Mod
Instead of the usual enemy turning to ash like smoke when they die, with this mod their blood gushes out.
The blood effect is more evident in bosses but it does affect some normal enemies. I however do not know if this affect Wolnir, but it probably does so keep that in mid lel.
Read the read me if you want to merge this with other mods.
I recommend using this mod with ioverslept's Enhanced Blood mod with the Bloodbath version for maximum blood and gore.
A compact visual mod for 7 Days to Die that replaces enemy death effects with blood gushing, or adds blood to the existing smoke. With 92 endorsements and 2,009 downloads, it's a niche cosmetic tweak for players who want more gore. Last updated in 2021, so compatibility with newer game versions is uncertain.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Lightweight and to the point—does exactly what it says, no bloat
- Community has given it a thumbs up (92 endorsements) and over 2k downloads, so it's got a small but real following
- If you're tired of the vanilla smoke puff, this adds some much-needed gore to your zombie kills
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2021—might not work with the latest game patches, so check before you install
- It's a one-trick pony: only changes death effects, so if you want more visual overhauls, this won't scratch that itch
For 7 Days to Die players who want a quick, bloody visual upgrade without messing with complex mods. If you're into gore and want your kills to feel more visceral, this is for you. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes or a full visual overhaul—this is purely cosmetic.
