Better Blood Splatter

DS3 has very grey and drab blood splatter. I've overhauled it so the blood is much more red and vibrant and I have increased the amount of blood on the character, the ground, and on enemies by a significant amount.

Compatible with Game Version 1. 15. 2 by default. Merging via decalparam.csv may open up compatibility to other game versions.

Beware! As this mod edits param files you are likely to get banned if you play with this mod on the normal DS3 Server. I

strongly recommend using Seamless Co-op if you wish to play online with this mod.

Install Options ~

UXM: Unpack your game with UXM Selective Unpacker, then drag and drop the Data0.bdt file from my mod to your unpacked game directory. Overwrite when prompted.

Mod Engine 2: Download Mod Engine 2 and extract it wherever you like. Drag and drop the param folder from my mod to the mod folder in your Mod Engine 2 directory. Use launchmod_darksouls3.bat To launch the game with my mod installed.

Merge With Smithbox: Install Smithbox and open your unpacked copy of DS3 in a new project. Import the decalparam.csv from my mod and save your modified params. A more in depth tutorial can be found here. This method can be used to merge my mod with other mods that alter params.

Cinders 2. 15 Compatibility: Drag and drop the Cinders folder from my mod into your Cinders Installation. Merge and overwrite when prompted. Thank you to Vawser and the rest of the Cinders team for their amazing mod. You will need to install Cinders 2. 15 on Game Version 1. 15. 2 for this compatibility patch to work. Otherwise you must merge my decalparam.csv with your personal installation of Cinders. Please note that I have had some inconsistent issues with Cinders crashing during loading screens. If you run into this problem verify your DS3 files through Steam.
