Racial Accord

Adds the ability to give custom races any of the racial traits from the vanilla races, any advantage or disadvantage and optional racial attribute bonus and debuffs. Now adds the ability to give custom races their own custom BIOGs questions and bonuses, name generation and histories/background. See the Docs folder for the guide and templates.

Currently has Racial Bonus configurations for all custom races on nexus, except for the various custom Khajiit types - they will receive the same racial bonus as their vanilla counterparts. No custom configurations for BIOGs, Name Gen or History included for now.

While this mod does not strictly require Races Redone it is meant to be used alongside it.
