Makes dialogue mode the default interaction mode, for use with mods like Improved Flat NPC Interactions.
Simply makes dialogue mode the default interaction mod while starting a new game or loading a save.
Improved Flat NPC Interactions adds new rob and coercion actions when a flat is interacted with in grab mode, this means that when you interact with any flat NPC without first changing your interaction you will be asked if you want to rob/coerce, rather than opening dialogue like you might expect. This just makes it so that the default interaction mode is dialogue, making interactions behave more like expected.
