📋 About This Mod
Made for game v2. 31. Tested with PL, may partially work without.
TL;DR
1. Vendors are not dumpsters.
Vendors should not buy anything and everything you happened to have in your pocket.
Mod adds custom filters for every vendor type in Vanilla game (and even some brand new ones).
Has a sensible configuration by default: vendors mostly buy what they sell and nobody buys perishables.
This can be fine-tuned or turned off completely for each vendor type individually.
2. Different vendors offer different prices for your items.
Gunsmiths may only buy guns (and gun-related items), but they will pay more for them then the junkyard would.
Comes with reasonable settings. Customizable multiplier available for each vendor type individually.
3. Both you and the vendor are part of the world.
Specific vendors may change their opinion of you based on your choices throughout the game, or their own circumstances.
Mod currently includes about a dozen and a half overrides for specific vendors for a more immersive experience. Most of these are applied based on quest outcomes.
All are enabled by default; can be disabled individually.
Install optional patch VendorFilters. VSSV to add custom icons and lines to the new vendor types (it still works, just uses generic ones by default).
Vendor types
Mod includes support for all vanilla vendor types (except vending machines, as these are only technically vendors), but redefines some of them, as well as adding new ones. Both real and street vendors fall under one of these types.
Changes do not affect vendor's inventory available for sale: their sole purpose is to allow for finer control over what is purchased from player and at what price.
Below is a full list of included vendor types and their out of the box configurations.

Was used by street vendors, but is replaced on all of them with Poor Clothing.
This is done to match a couple of real vendors with similar setups.

Will not buy poor clothing.

Sell price multiplier is 0. 6.
