This will automatically change the armor level of all clothes in game.
This will work with any mods which ads new items which uses default armor system
Updated for 2. 0+ patch and Phantom Liberty DLC
How to tweak armor level by ur self:
1. open in game CET menu
2. click "Enable" (if it was disabled)
3. enter new value in text window
4. click "SET AND SAVE"
5. load/reload save game
Vanilla armor value is 5 scaled by item quality. (For instance common item is 5 and legendary is 25)
This mod sets armor value to 6 by default scaled by quality (common item will be 3 and legendary 30)
Constant option will set all clothing armor values to exact number
