RIOT penthouse - apartment

a cozy lived in penthouse above riot overlooking watson. big bathtub, sunken conversation pit, custom fireplace. this one was really fun to make because i created the bar, kitchen, and bathroom features myself.  will be updating soon with additions to the alleyway and probably a cat in the apartment

features: all interactions, control tv from couch , pool table,  coffee, smoke and drink at bar, stash, play guitar

this was my first build with an elevator. thank you to ThaFunktopus for all the help with elevator stuff!! 

update 2. 0 4/18/26 

some fixes: a fix for the lighting / photomode skin issue, fixed the NIF icon placement, some other small cosmetic fixes, removed the hidden big collision in the alley, control tv from both couch spots now, removed collision issue in elevator shaft

added: some cosmetic things to alley, a garage with room for multiple cars(it's a tight squeeze, smaller cars are probably preferable) and bikes, vending machine, stash

made with updated game and mods do not know if it will work with a previous version.
