laguna oasis (apartment house)

i built a very warm, very cozy, very quiet, very out of place oasis in laguna bend. fully functioning home. rentable, all interactions, pet iguana, swimmable infinity pool, meditation by the pool, crickets and waterfall sounds, stash (under bench in hallway between bathroom and bedroom. 

this build was made with a lot of props from other creators so you do have to install those properly. it's not hard, just make sure you place files correctly according to each mod's page instructions. or you could palce your own props in amm or whatever if you dont want to download them

made with updated game and mods do not know if it will work with a previous version.
