402 north oak - brutalist apartment house home

i built a brutalist cozy home on the hillside in north oak. it was really hard and time consuming and i love the way it came out.  $200,000 purchase.  might add another version later with a cleaner / more brutalist themed landscaped yard in front and back. (house tour in the video tab)

features: drink tea, coffee, pet iguana,  shower, mirror, sitting interactions, control tv from couch in living room, lean and smoke on front balcony, back balcony lean and smoke from inside pool overlooking mountains, lean from top balcony. meditation on back balcony, added sound effects of infinity pool stream and crickets.

issues / imperfections: the beginning of the driveway near the street is a little wonky because it was really hard to cover the curb. the props by bnbc pop out of view if you walk by it for some reason - don't be alarmed. created an entire mountainside cliff for home to sit on so the collision might be weird in some places as it's just a giant block of collision. still working on things like learning AI placements and i finally figured out how to place nibbles but nibbles animations might not be behaving as it should (it's confusing and hard)

this build was made with a lot of props from other creators so you do have to install those properly. it's not hard, just make sure you place files correctly according to each mod's page instructions. or you could palce your own props in amm or whatever if you dont want to download them
