Usage (Main File):

[]In the main or pause menus, select "Mods", then find the tab for "PL Start Stats" and adjust settings
[]The settings take effect immediately... No need to reload a save or restart the game...
[]Settings are saved automatically as you change them, then those saved settings are restored automatically on startup...
Usage (In-Game Menu Unlocked File):

[]Start a new game, select the option to start from Phantom Liberty, choose lifepath, create your character, then edit your stats just like you would for a non-PL new game.

]The main file of this mod's NativeUI menu can be used to adjust the 'default' stat values (then you can adjust those when starting a new game from PL)

- Delete the "PhantomLibertyStartingAttributesMenu-NativeUI"/"PhantomLibertyStatsMenuUnlocked" folders from your folderCheck out all of my mods/tweaks HERE
