Obliterate Dismemberment Fix

Shoot a guy in the pinky with a shotgun. His head comes off. So do both arms, both legs, and possibly his dignity.

That's vanilla Spontaneous Obliteration. Shoot the hand, lose the head. Shoot the leg, lose both arms. Every. Damn. Time.

What's wrong

• []Obliterate removes the part you hit, then rolls the dice for a few more random body parts. Shotguns are especially guilty of handing out free limbs.[/]

  []LMGs like the MA70 have their own bonus prize: a headshot also removes the left arm. Every time.[/]

  []The Obliterate chest dismemberment trigger basically does nothing. No wound, no bullet hole, nothing.[/]

  What's fixed

  • []Shoot the head, the head goes. Shoot the leg, the leg goes. Shoot the pinky, the pinky goes. Simple.[/]

    []LMG rounds stop handing out free limbs when Obliterate triggers.[/]

    []Chest Obliterate now leaves an actual wound, blood from the mouth, chest gore, and a nice splat when the body hits the ground.[/]
