📋 About This Mod

Fixes the player health bar lagging behind instant heals. MaxDoc, Blood Pump, Second Heart and other burst heals now update immediately, while regeneration keeps its smooth animation.

Why this mod?

The player health bar in vanilla Cyberpunk 2077 behaves strangely when you receive a large instant heal.

Whether it's Second Heart, MaxDoc, Blood Pump, Bounce Back, Feedback Circuit, or any other burst heal, your actual health is restored immediately—but the UI keeps slowly filling for up to 2 seconds.

This isn't just a cosmetic preference. During combat, the health bar can make you think you're still close to death when you've already recovered, simply because the animation hasn't caught up.

This mod fixes that.

1. 0 strength instant healing animation

0. 8 strength fast healing animation

  • []Instant heals should instant. Large burst heals update the health bar immediately instead of spending two seconds catching up.[/]

[]Address a vanilla UI issue. The game bases animation time on the final health percentage, not on how much you actually healed. As a result, tiny top-offs and near-death full heals can take exactly the same amount of time to animate.[/]

[]Regeneration stays smooth. Small regeneration ticks continue using the original animation, preserving the natural feel of passive healing.[/]

[]Damage animations are untouched. Only healing speed is adjusted. Damage, flash effects, and delayed damage bars behave exactly like vanilla.[/]

[]Everything can be adjusted in-game through Mod Settings:

    - Enable/Disable the mod.- Falloff Curve — Controls how aggressively animation speed increases for larger heals.- Strength — Blends between vanilla behavior and fully instant updates.[/]

Installation

  • []Download and install all required mods.[/]

[]Install with your preferred mod manager, or manually extract the mod into your Cyberpunk 2077 root directory:

    ...\Cyberpunk 2077\[/]

Compatibility

[]This mod use a non-intrusive approach method so it won't cause any conflict issue with other mods.[/]

[]Only affects the player health bar.[/]

[]Armor, Overshield, enemy health bars, boss health bars, and RAM bars are untouched.[/]

[*]Does not modify healing values, regeneration, consumables, or gameplay mec
