"I looked around, the memory of what brought me to this moment in time replaying in my mind. The call came after I had met with Alt in the depths of Rezo Agwe, the Voodoo Boys private network, a dark virtual ocean belonging to the modern pirates of the net. A voice on the other end of the line promised me a cure, my salvation, as payment for a job if you can believe it, and I certainly did not, though I wanted to. All I had to do was get to Dogtown, the state within a state, a city within a city. Much like the Vatican, if it were honest at least, Dogtown was a hub of criminal enterprise, a nation within a nation, ruled by their very own Pope of War no less, Kurt Hansen. To say I was skeptical is putting it mildly, I barely knew what was happening to me, but this voice on the other end knew me, knew what was happening to me, and knew what I was desperate for, in short, it sounded like a dream come true, like I had just won the lottery, but nothing is free in Night City, and doubly so for Dogtown. It reminded me of one of Wakakos 'Golden Opportunities' but stunk worse than the average crepe-wrapped dog turd she usually had on offer. If I had known then what I know now, would I have taken the job? Would I be standing here, gun in hand, surrounded by the dead? Would I have made the same choices, betrayed the same people, all for a shady promise of salvation from a disembodied voice of a stranger? I didn't know who I could trust, what to believe, or even if this cure was as real as I've been promised, the only thing I knew for sure was that I didn't want to die, and right now that feeling, that desire, that urge to survive was all I could trust, and I would follow it, what did I have to lose? My life? I was already losing that.. Another voice spoke in my mind, breaking me free from the memories grasp, 'It's time V' I took one last look around, and I made a choice..."

Description

Replaces Royal Blue radio with some doomy jazz inspired by Phantom Liberty and Noir Spy movies. You may notice that a lot of the songs are the same from my last Royal Blue replacement mod, and that is true, I only fully replaced a few songs, but I changed the entire atmosphere of them all to create a much different experience.
